The Kananaskis Alpine Ski Club has become a founding member of the Nakiska Alpine Ski Association. This partnership of four Calgary-area ski clubs offers ski racing and training programs to athletes aged 4 and up from entry-level Nancy Greene programs to performance-level Kinder and FIS training. The Kananaskis Alpine Ski Club will operate NASA's K2 program for ages 13 and 14. • 2009 - 2010 Season
  

  The Kananaskis Alpine Ski Club is proud to present our line-up of training programs for the 2009-2010 season. We will be working with the other member clubs of the Nakiska Alpine Ski Association to provide a complete development system for athletes aged 4 and up. All of our program details are available on www.skiNASA.org.

• Wearmouth ’09 – A Rocking Good Time

  KASC’s annual season ending bash the Wearmouth Cup was held on April 4th. A record number of kids in costumes had a great time in the dual slalom. Many parents joined in on the fun in the “Gatekeeper” costume theme. The on hill events were followed up in the evening with a banquet at the Delta Lodge. Click here to read more.

   

• NGE’s & KD’s Rip up Castle Mountain!

  The Westcastle Ski Club runs the most anticipated Nancy Greene event of the Season – the Westcastle Terrain event. Kids (and parents) talk fondly of this event long after their Nancy Greene careers are behind them. • First ever Nancy Greene Nakiska Cup a huge success!

  Saturday March 7th saw 128 Nancy Greene athletes from KASC and Paskapoo/Skimeisters take to the slopes for a fun day of racing through a terrain park, speed trap and dual giant slalom.  Click here to read more.
